  • What does the oneGB app offer?

    Newsfeed

    Through the central newsfeed in the Home section, you receive the latest company news directly on your smartphone, tablet, or PC. This way, you stay up to date at all times—no matter where you are.

    Targeting specific audiences

    Every post in the app is assigned to a channel. This allows information to be targeted specifically to the relevant audience. You see exactly the content that is relevant to you—from global information for the entire group to topics from the business divisions and local content. Under News, you can jump directly to the channels.

    Chat

    The chat feature enables you to communicate with colleagues across locations—in both one-on-one and group chats.

    Services

    The Services section offers practical self-service features to support you in your daily work and even from home.

    Interaction

    oneGB offers you not only information but also opportunities for interaction. Respond to posts, comment on content, and stay engaged.

Instructions for installing the app

Open the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) and search for the “Groz-Beckert oneGB” app. Install the free app on your smartphone or tablet.

Instructions for logging in to the app

  • Logging in with an existing Windows user account

    Open the app.

    After the app launches, the public area appears, which is visible to all app users. Click on "Sign In" to access the login page for employees.

    Select whether you want to sign in with a Groz-Beckert account or a Kelteks account.

    You will then be prompted to log in with your organizational account. Enter your Groz-Beckert or Kelteks email address and your associated Windows password. Confirm your entry by clicking “Sign In.”

    Before proceeding to the app in the next step, you must agree to the app’s privacy policy and terms of use. To do so, click “Accept.”

  • Logging in without a Windows user account

    Open the app.

    After launching the app, the public area appears, which is visible to all app users. Click "Sign In" to access the login page for employees.

    Select whether you want to sign in with a Groz-Beckert account or a Kelteks account.

    You will then be prompted to log in with your organizational account. Enter your username. It is included in the password letter as a so-called UPN. You must also enter the password from the password letter. Confirm your entry by clicking “Sign In.”
    If you do not yet have a password letter, you can request a new one here.

    Before proceeding to the next step in the app, you must agree to the app’s privacy policy and terms of use. To do so, click “Accept.”

  • FAQ
    • Is the use of oneGB voluntary or mandatory?

      The oneGB employee app is intended for voluntary use and is not required for work processes. The goal of the app is to reach you as an employee more effectively and, above all, at the same time as all your other colleagues.

      All information relevant to business operations will continue to be communicated through the usual channels. Only the communication of additional information may take place exclusively within the app.

    • Can I use the app during my work hours?

      Using oneGB must not disrupt business operations. It is therefore recommended that you use the app during your personal break times. Please note that if you are using a personal device, you may only use the app in designated areas where cell phone use is permitted.

    • Does using oneGB from home count as work time?

      No. The app is a voluntary offering for Groz-Beckert employees. Accordingly, use outside of working hours is not counted as such.

    • Can I install the app on multiple devices?

      Yes, the app can be installed and used on multiple devices for both Android and iOS.

      oneGB can be installed on various devices, including Groz‑Beckert owned equipment and personal mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, and laptops). Additionally, the platform can be accessed via a web browser.

    • How do I change my password?

      In the “Services” section under “My Profile,” you will find the “Password Management” service and the “Change Password” function there.

      Please note that when you change your password, you will also change the password for your Windows login.

    • What happens to my data?

      Of course, your data is and remains private and will neither be used nor shared with third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

    • Does Groz-Beckert monitor my usage behavior?

      No. This is not the purpose of the app, nor is it technically possible. The app is intended to serve as an information and service tool, not for surveillance purposes.

    • How can I enable or disable push notifications?

      Click on “Menu” and then on the settings icon in the top right corner. Here, under “Notifications,” you can enable or disable push notifications that actively inform you about important updates in the app.

    • Where can I manage my channel settings?

      In the “Services” section under “My Profile,” you’ll find the “Configuration Channels” service. Here, you can subscribe to additional content from the channels of the group’s other business units. Messages from the channels you’ve subscribed to will automatically appear in your news stream.

    • How can I start a chat?

      By clicking the chat icon in the menu bar, you can use the people search to contact one or more chat partners at the same time.

    • Is it possible to search for a post?

      Using the search function, which you can open via the magnifying glass icon, you can find posts, documents, or people. To do this, enter your search term in the search field.

    • How can I view posts from a channel?

      To do this, click on the “News” section in the menu bar and then select the desired channel.

    • How do I update the app?

      If you have enabled this in your phone’s settings, the app will update automatically. If you haven’t enabled the “Automatic Updates” feature, you can search for the latest version in the “My Apps” section of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and update it there.
